This year, Sun West School Division is joining nine other divisions across the province in implementing a new software system for our report cards. All staff members have been involved in training on the new system, called MySchoolSask (MSS). We had hoped to send out report cards this week, but due to the number of small glitches we are experiencing with the software, we will back that off until Monday, November 18, 2019, to give us time to work through the issues.

As well, the division had hoped to open the parent portal by this point, but the system is not ready. We will send out information about online access for our marks system when things are up and running.
